Relativity and Tolerance
Some people really care about their look but some others may be just ignored that matter. It is not right or wrong because taking care about something related to the beauty is not fault. You can do whatever you like as long as not disturbing other people. That is good philosophy of responsibility and tolerance which we should obey to maintain the hospitality and peaceful condition.

But, back to the first principle, everything is relative to the person self. You can not judge any people based on their behavior or what they do, but we should try to understand what they do. Tolerance is the best option for all problems as I know.
